The challenge
Fayrouz Style had proven the model in one market and wanted to sell across Europe. Expanding paid search country by country usually means duplicating budget, splitting learning across accounts, and watching efficiency fall while each new market finds its feet. The brief was growth in several languages at once, without that trade-off.
Our approach
We built the account market by market rather than translating one campaign across Europe — separate feeds, separate budgets and locally structured campaigns for Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and beyond. Each market was allowed to find its own cost per acquisition before budget moved toward the strongest performers, so early markets were never subsidising ones that had not proven themselves.
The outcome
Revenue grew 39% year on year and orders 44%, with add-to-cart actions up 49% — growth in intent, not just traffic. The brand now trades across six European markets from a single account structure, at an average cost per click under £0.35. Expansion has come with efficiency rather than at the expense of it.
